The highly anticipated Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra is set to launch in January, but it's already making headlines. Today, the first set of leaked renders has surfaced, giving us a glimpse of what to expect from Samsung's next flagship device.
These renders are CAD-based, meaning some details may not be entirely accurate due to the limited information in the CAD files. Notably, prolific leakster Ice Universe has pointed out that the camera ring design is still unknown, so what you see in the renders is speculative. While the camera placement is accurate, the design and texture of the rings are yet to be confirmed.
Additionally, there are minor inaccuracies in the bezel and the metal frame. Although these are small details, it's important to keep them in mind when evaluating the leaked renders. Overall, the images provide a general idea of the Galaxy S25 Ultra's design, but they may not capture every detail perfectly.
Rumors suggest that the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra will feature the same main, 3x telephoto, and 5x telephoto cameras as its predecessor. However, the ultrawide camera is expected to receive an upgrade to a 50 MP ISOCELL JN3 sensor.
The device is rumored to weigh 219g, making it lighter than the Galaxy S24 Ultra (232g) and the iPhone 16 Pro Max (227g). The S25 Ultra is expected to measure 162.8 x 77.6 x 8.2mm and will come equipped with a 5,000 mAh battery that supports 45W wired charging. Powering the smartphone will be Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 chipset, which is set to be officially announced next month.
Stay tuned for more updates as we get closer to the official launch of the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra!
