The Vivo X300 series is finally here with its rear design officially revealed, ending weeks of teasers from the company. While Vivo has not confirmed an exact launch date yet, fans now have their first look at the Vivo X300 and X300 Pro, including their refreshed design and color options. This marks a major step forward as Vivo positions itself to challenge Samsung and Xiaomi in the flagship segment.
Compared to the X200 lineup, the Vivo X300 and X300 Pro showcase a flatter frame design paired with rounded corners, giving the devices a sharper and more premium feel. The company has also moved the flash module to the left side of the rear camera setup, creating a cleaner and more symmetrical look.
From Vivo’s official images, the base X300 is available in light blue and light pink, while the Pro model comes in black and beige. These distinct color choices highlight the separation between the standard and Pro editions.
Both the X300 and X300 Pro will feature a triple-camera setup, but with different arrangements. The Pro model carries a noticeably larger camera bump, hinting at superior camera hardware for photography enthusiasts.
To build excitement, Vivo released two official sample photos: one taken with the 200MP primary sensor on the X300, and another captured using the 200MP APO telephoto lens on the X300 Pro. These samples showcase Vivo’s ambition to compete with industry leaders like Samsung and Apple in mobile imaging.
Under the hood, the Vivo X300 series is rumored to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset, which could deliver flagship-level performance and efficiency. Vivo has also confirmed that the X300 series will be slimmer and lighter than the X200, offering improved comfort for one-handed use and pocketability.
According to industry experts, the X300 series could make its debut in China by October 2025, with a global launch likely to follow soon after. If true, Vivo may strategically position the series just ahead of holiday shopping season, competing head-to-head with rivals in the premium smartphone market.
The Vivo X300 and X300 Pro represent a major leap in design, imaging, and performance for the brand. With its stylish flat frame, advanced 200MP camera system, and potential Dimensity 9500 power, Vivo is ready to push boundaries and attract flagship buyers worldwide.
