Xiaomi Mi 10T / Mi 10T Pro (Global Version) gets MIUI 12.5

MIUI 12 was a problem for Xiaomi , and its time was not the best time for the company. The company had to release MIUI 12.5, and then an expanded version of MIUI 12.5. The company has released an improved version of MIUI 12.5 for several flagships.

The latest report shows that the global version of the Xiaomi Mi 10T and Xiaomi Mi 10T Pro is now receiving this update. The version number of this update is V12.5.4.0.RJDMIXM and it includes four basic optimizations. Updates include:

• Dynamic allocation of system resources according to usage scenarios 
• Atomic Memory: Improving Memory Utilization and Improving Resident Capability in the Background
• Optimize kernel performance with full use of flagship equipment 
• Liquid storage system: it can reduce fragmentation and avoid decreasing storage performance over time

Simply put, the global version of Xiaomi's extended version of MIUI 12.5 has the same improvements as the Chinese version. The new version of the system also adds a fingerprint option, optimized compatibility of the message bar with third-party topics, as well as an optimized interface for messages in the dark mode.

In addition, there are 11 fixes in this update, including the problem of unlocking the face and fingerprint at the same time. It also fixes an error that prevents messages from looking normal when the app is locked.
