Xperia PRO-I leaks with 1-inch camera sensor

It has been revealed that Sony is set to announce a successor to the Xperia PRO. This mobile phone is called Xperia PRO-I and it is very convenient for professional photographer / videographer. This model comes with a number of accessories, including a VLOG monitor. It is compatible with Sony Shooting Grip Wireless Remote Commander (GP-VPT2BT).

The leaks mainly revolve around the rear camera module and the design of the phone. Unfortunately, the display and other internal information are still covered. This device has a sensor with a 1-inch camera on the back and we assume it is the primary shooter. In addition, the phone comes with three more cameras that complete the quad-camera setup. The 1-inch primary camera should have a variable aperture of f / 2.0 to f / 4.0. This image also reveals the ZEISS Tessar T * brand of the camera model.

Also, the phone is likely to have a imaging system similar to the Sony Alpha camera series. Features such as optical auto focus, new Pro video mode are also expected in the device. The device is a camera-centric smartphone and also features a special camera shutter button. Other features expected include a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and a punch-hole display.

At the current price of the Xperia PRO, you can bet that the Xperia PRO-I will not be cheap. It may not be aimed at the average consumer market, but it would be great to see some of the technologies in the future Sony flagship (especially that 1-inch camera sensor).
