OnePlus reportedly works on a flexible phone with three displays

The flexible phone of the OnePlus brand has been speculated for some time, because already in August the company lured us with a small teaser video. Most of us then expected further information and plans in this area, but unfortunately nothing happened at all. But that does not mean that the whole project and concept is on ice. Currently, another interesting patent has emerged from their workshop, and the LetsGoDigital  did not laze, of course, and they produced great renders based on it. Of course, this doesn't mean anything, but no one doubts OnePlus's plans for a flexible phone model.

The patent itself is very interesting because it is a unique idea that does not copy the current flexible models of the competition. The phone with three displays and two flexible joints can be seen on it. Everything could then be easily locked in position using a handy "slider". In the disassembled state, the device would have really huge dimensions in width and it would probably be a great multimedia device. After all, even in the patent itself, this piece is referred to as a mobile terminal and not directly a mobile phone . The layout and setting options would be very variable. But that would entail a large body of questions about the fragility and general dexterity of a similar solution. There is something similar on the market so far, so it is very difficult to estimate the real usability and user comfort. In any case, according to 91mobiles, the patent has already been filed with the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). So OnePlus is definitely working on the flexible concept of a revolutionary phone, so it's a question of what stage it is at. Personally, I expect to wait a long time. So if everything gets into the final version of the product…
