Vivo S15 and S15 Pro reveal their design

The Vivo S15 and S15 Pro phones will be launched on the Chinese market in just two days . But the phones will not be on the show alone, because Vivo will introduce several other products together with them. As is usually a good habit, the manufacturer tries to draw attention to some parameters and design of the planned machines at the last moment before the presentation. Therefore , we can find several trailers on the brand's official Weibo account , which announce a rather interesting look for the phones.

From the fresh trailers, we find out that the Vivo S15 series phones have a frame with a straight edge, which is made of "aviation" aluminum and a back panel in a light blue color. In addition to the blue color variant, the black and gold variants will also be available on the market. The display has slightly curved side edges at an angle of 60 °, the corners of the phones are round. Of course, Vivo does not state whether both models will get this look, but it is probable. Both the Vivo S15 and S15 Pro have the same OLED display.

PARAMETERS OF VIVO S15 AND S15 PRO PHONES 

Since both phones have already passed Tenaa certification, we also know some of their parameters . The standard Vivo S15 model has a 6.62-inch OLED display with FullHD + resolution. The refresh rate is either 90 Hz or 120 Hz. The phone is powered by a Snapdragon 870 processor and the battery has a capacity of approximately 4600 mAh and is a two-cell battery. The fast charging with an output of 80 W is also confirmed. The thickness of the phone reached 8.54 mm.

The Vivo S15 Pro has a slightly smaller 6.56-inch OLED display with FullHD + resolution and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. It is also slightly thinner than the standard version and has only 7.99 mm at the waist. The battery has a capacity of 4400 mAh and also supports fast charging with a power of 80 W. The exact type of processor is not known, but there is speculation about the Snapdragon 870. So what is the reason for the designation Pro? Probably photo equipment, where the primary sensor of the main camera has 50 MPix and it is a Sony IMX766 sensor with optical image stabilization. But we will get a clear answer in two days.
