Vivo T2 5G has a postponed performance date

The Vivo brand has started to expand its T1 product line this year. After last year's Vivo T1 5G model, the T1 Pro 5G and T1 44W models are already in the world. The tippers estimated that the successor phone Vivo T2 5G would be launched these days, and even the manufacturer itself announced its launch for today, May 23 / May. But now there is a simple message on Vivo's Weibo account that the official introduction of the T2 model on the Chinese market has been postponed until June 6 at 7 p.m. local time. The reason is, as the manufacturer himself claims, "force majeure", which means nothing more than a resurgence of the coronavirus pandemic, which is now well underway in China. And with it, of course, relatively tough measures and lockdowns.

WHAT ABOUT VIVO T2 5G WE CAN FIND ON THE CHINESE E-SHOP 

Despite these inconveniences, there is already a promo page for the Vivo T2 5G phone on the Chinese e-shop JD.com and we can find some of the specifications published on it. The phone has an E4 AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 120 Hz. The site also states that the upcoming machine is powered by a Snapdragon 870 processor and mentions support for fast charging with an output of 80 W. One of the trailers also states that the primary sensor of the main camera has a resolution of 64 MPix and support for optical image stabilization.

From the above, some of the tipsters estimate that the upcoming Vivo T2 5G can be "just" a rebranded iQOO Neo 6 SE , which debuted on the Chinese market earlier this month. Their estimates are matched by the appearance of the new phone, which is remarkably similar to the Neo 6 SE model. And if that's really the case, we can also expect a 6.62-inch display with FullHD + resolution and the already mentioned refresh rate of 120 Hz.
