Oppo is preparing a phone with Snapdragon 8+ Gen1

After the introduction of the Snapdragon 8+ Gen1 flagship processor, a battle broke out between smartphone manufacturers to be the first to introduce their machine with this chipset. Of course there can only be one first. But the others are already diligently working on these phones. And some of them have already sent them to the market. This month, in particular, is literally loaded with premium model introductions. However, Oppo is still somewhat in the background of this battle. But that doesn't necessarily mean that it doesn't work on your phone with the new chipset.

IS OPPO PREPARING AN IMPROVED FIND X5 PRO PHONE? 

Well-known tipster Digital Chat Station claims that Oppo is working on a premium phone with a Snapdragon 8+ Gen1 processor . He adds that the phone will expand the Find X5 range, but remains silent on other details. As we know, the Find X5 series phones debuted this February/February and the Find X5 Pro model is considered by fans to be a really high-end phone with Snapdragon 8 Gen1 chipset.

So it is likely that this model will be improved by Oppo. However, it is also possible that Oppo will expand the Find X5 series with a brand new Ultra or Pro Plus phone. Apparently, we will know everything soon, as the tipster estimates that the manufacturer will introduce this upcoming model within the next month.

To this initial information, the tipster also added that Oppo is also preparing other news that will be presented in the second half of this year. The main one is a clamshell folding phone with the internal label Dragonfly. This will be the second foldable phone of the Oppo brand, when the manufacturer introduced the first one at the end of last year . It is also possible that the new folding machine will not go on the market until the end of this year. According to the tipster, the ColorOS 13 superstructure, the Find N2 foldable phone with the internal White Swan label, the Watch 3 and the Band 3 fitness bracelet are also waiting to be launched. The tipster did not mention whether all these products will debut at once or gradually.
