Motorola has planned a big launch event for early next month. It has not been a secret for a long time that they will introduce the flagship Moto Edge X30 Pro here, which will then go to global markets as the Moto Edge 30 Ultra. And, of course, there will also be the launch of the next generation of the foldable clamshell phone called Moto Razr 2022.

We already know everything about the Moto Razr 2022 clamshell phone. We know its specifications, we've seen its final design in real photos, and we also know that it will receive several improvements compared to previous generations. The main one is probably the Snapdragon 8+ Gen1 processor, which turns the foldable phone into a flagship machine. Perhaps the only disappointment was the information about the battery capacity. According to tipsters, it should have a very modest 2800 mAh.

Of course, a large battery is a bit of a problem for clamshell phones, because their design means that the space for storing the battery is limited. We probably all understand that, but a battery with not even 3000 mAh is really not enough. In addition, previous generations of Razr phones also have such batteries. And quite possibly the disappointed reactions of the fans made the manufacturer reach for a battery with a higher capacity.

On short but striking message appeared on the Chinese network , which was published by representatives of the Motorola company. In it, they confirmed that the Moto Razr 2022 will eventually get a battery with a capacity of 3500 mAh. In combination with the energy-saving Snapdragon 8+ Gen1 processor, the battery life can be extended to one full day on a single charge. Even that may not seem like much to the scumbags. But considering that the Moto Razr 2022 is a clamshell phone, it's quite decent. Let's compare it, for example, to the Samsung Galaxy S22 series phones, which have a 3,700 mAh battery, or to Apple phones, which don't exactly put up with giant batteries either. In any case, we will find out how the battery and its durability will work in practice in two days, when Motorola presents its clam shell.
