At its presentation event yesterday, Motorola presented the Moto X30 Pro phone in addition to the Razr clamshell model . Fans have been waiting for him for quite a long time and were especially curious about his photo equipment. The manufacturer recently confirmed that it will be the world's first phone with a 200 MP Samsung Isocell HP1 sensor. And, of course, he was not the only one who assigned this new machine to the Motorola flags. Some tipsters even claim that it is the brand's most ambitious phone yet. So let's take a closer look at it.

MOTO X30 PRO DESIGN AND DISPLAY 

The design of the Moto X30 Pro phone is premium. The side edges of the front and back panels are curved. Thanks to this, the side frames around the display are almost zero, only the bottom and top frames are slightly wider. In the center of the top of the screen is a "hole" for the front camera. The main camera module is rectangular with three sensors and an LED flash. In the center of the back there is an inherent Motorola logo. On the right edge is the volume rocker and the power button. On the bottom edge we find the USB-C port, the speaker grille and the SIM card slot.

The display of the Moto X30 Pro is an OLED type with a diagonal of 6.67 inches, a resolution of 2400 × 1080 pixels and a refresh rate of 144 Hz. The side edges are curved at an angle of 53°. The screen supports 100% DCI-P3 color gamut, HDR10+, brightness up to 1250 nits, DC Dimming and sampling frequency 1500 Hz. There is also an integrated fingerprint sensor in the display.

ADDITIONAL PARAMETERS 

The Snapdragon 8+ Gen1 processor also gives the hallmark of the phone's flagship. The manufacturer paired it with 8/12 GB of RAM and 128/256/512 GB of internal storage. The battery has a capacity of 4610 mAh. It supports 125W fast wired charging, 50W wireless charging and 10W reverse wireless charging. Connectivity is represented by 5G, dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 6E, MU-MIMO, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS, GLONASS, Beidou, QZSS(L1/L5), USB-C and NFC. There are also stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos. The operating system is Android 12 with MyUI 4.0 superstructure.

PHOTO EQUIPMENT 

The photo equipment of the Moto X30 Pro is undoubtedly the main attraction, and Motorola has really taken care of it. It is the first phone to receive a 200 MPix photo sensor. Specifically, it's a 1/1.22-inch Samsung Isocell HP1 sensor with f/1.95 aperture and 2.56 µm pixel size. The sensor supports optical image stabilization and 16-in-1 binning. It can also record 8K video at 30 frames per second and support RAW format. The second sensor has a resolution of 50 MPix and works as a wide-angle lens with a field of view of 117°, but it will also be used for macro photography. The latest 12 MP Sony IMX663 sensor works as a telephoto lens with 2x optical zoom. The front camera received a 60 MP OV60a Omnivision sensor.

MOTO X30 PRO PRICE AND AVAILABILITY The Moto X30 Pro is launched in black and white. So fans of classic color designs will get their money's worth. Open sales are already running. It remains to add that soon this phone will reach the global markets. Prices in the Chinese market are as follows: 

• 8GB/128GB - 3699 Yuan ($549) 
• 12GB/256GB - 4199 Yuan ($623) 
• 12GB/512GB - 4499 Yuan ($668)
