Xiaomi 13 and Redmi Note 12 have EEU certification
At the beginning of last month , Xiaomi introduced three 12S series phones. It also plans to launch global 12T models, but their turn will probably come next month. This will conclude everything and the manufacturer will now fully concentrate on the new flagship machines from the Xiaomi 13 series. Of course, they are already working on them and tipsters even estimate that they will be launched earlier this year , in November/November.
Their earlier introduction may also indicate that, according to the information on the MySmartPrice website , the phones are already listed in the certification database of the Eurasian Union (EEU). And in addition to them, we also find Redmi phones there and apparently they are models of the Redmi Note 12 series. The certification statements show that the phones of the Xiaomi 13 series have the code names 2210132G and 2210133G. The Redmi phones are listed as 22101316G and 22101316UG. The letter "G" at the end of the designation may indicate that these are global models. Apart from that, we can't find out anything more from the listings.
However, we have tipsters for the specifications that already indicate what we can expect from the upcoming phones. First and foremost is the Snapdragon 8 Gen2 processor. It is also speculated that this year Qualcomm will present it earlier than usual. And let's see if this year Xiaomi will seize the lead and be the first in the world to introduce its phones with this flagship chipset. So far, we know about the Snapdragon 8 Gen2 chipset that it has four clusters with 1/2/2/3 architecture, one Cortex-X3 core, two Cortex-A720 cores, two Cortex-A710 cores and three Cortex-A510 cores.
A single-cell battery with support for fast wired charging with 100W power and 50W wireless charging is also expected. The tipsters are also betting on the use of the Surge P1 chip. A curved screen with very narrow frames, 2K resolution and 120 Hz refresh rate is not ruled out. And indeed, all the tipsters also count on the fact that the phones of the Xiaomi 13 series will run on the new Android 13 operating system.
