Xiaomi Civi 2 gets a Snapdragon 7 Gen1 processor

Xiaomi introduced the first phone from the Civi product line to the Chinese market last year. This model loosely followed on from the quite popular CC series, which at the time was mainly focused on a selfie camera and a slim and attractive design. Civi phones and this year's model Civi 1S also have exactly these characteristics . However, there is another piece in preparation, which has the trade name Xiaomi Civi 2, an attractive design and mid-range parameters.

WHAT THE TIPSTERS SAY ABOUT THE XIAOMI CIVI 2 PHONE 

Both Civi models have quite a decent success on the market. Especially among women who fell in love with their slim design, low weight and soft pastel colors. Therefore, it is clear that Xiaomi will prepare another model with similar attributes. In addition, we can expect several improvements, at least that is what the Xiaomiui site advises .

The first and probably the most important is the use of the brand new Snapdragon 7 Gen1 processor. It is tailor-made for mid-range phones. We also learn that an update to MIUI 13 built on top of Android 12 is ready for this phone, so it is said that there is nothing stopping the manufacturer from introducing it later this month.

The Xiaomi Civi 2 model has an internal designation of "Ziyi" and it is certainly good news that it will not only reach the Chinese market, but also the global market. But it travels outside its home country of China under a different business name. Tippers estimate that it will be sold either as the Xiaomi 12 Lite 5G NE or as the Xiaomi 13 Lite in global markets.

And what parameters could the Xiaomi Civi 2 phone get? In addition to the already mentioned Snapdragon 7 Gen1 processor, it is also a 6.55-inch AMOLED display with a 120 Hz refresh rate. The battery with an as yet unknown capacity supports fast charging with a power of 67 W. The main camera is said to be triple and there should be no Vlog mode.
