Vivo V25 officially launched

The Vivo brand officially presented the Vivo V25 model today exactly as planned . With this, the new phone joins its older brother, the Vivo V25 Pro, which debuted mid-last month. Let's also add that the new phone is already in pre-order status in the Indian market and the actual sales will start on September 20th.

VIVO V25 SPECIFICATIONS 

Although the manufacturer recently confirmed some of the parameters of the Vivo V25 model even before the presentation, it certainly won't hurt if we summarize them all now. And as always, we'll start with the display. It is of the AMOLED type with a diagonal of 6.44 inches, a resolution of 2400 × 1080 pixels and a refresh rate of 90 Hz. The screen supports HDR10+, 100% DCI-P3 color gamut and brightness up to 1300 nits.

Vivo previously announced that the phone is powered by a MediaTek processor. This was confirmed today and it is the Dimensity 900 chipset. It is paired with 8/12 GB of RAM and 128/256 GB of internal storage. In addition, we can also find the option of virtual RAM expansion by up to 8 GB. The internal storage can be expanded using a microSD card. Connectivity is represented by 5G SA/NSA, dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 6 802.11 ax, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS, GLONASS, Beidou and USB-C. The fingerprint sensor is integrated into the display.

The battery has a capacity of 4500 mAh and supports fast charging with a power of 44 W. The operating system is Android 12 with the FunTouchOS 12 superstructure. In the photo equipment, we can find a front 50 MP camera with AF, which is located in a small teardrop cut-out above the display. The main camera is triple and the LED flash is located in a rectangular module in the upper left corner of the rear panel. The camera consists of a primary 64 MP sensor with OIS support, an 8 MP wide-angle lens and a 2 MP macro lens.

As already mentioned in the introduction, the pre-sale of the Vivo V25 phone is already underway. Two color variants Elegant Black and Surfing Blue are on the market. The second color variant has a back panel covered with fluorite AG glass. The backs are therefore very effective and change color according to UV light or sunlight. The prices of individual memory versions are as follows:

• 8GB/128GB - INR 27999 ($352)
• 12GB/256GB - INR 31999 ($402)
