OnePlus has hinted for some time that it is preparing a smartwatch that is part of the Nord product line. Without considering their parameters and functions, we can say that they will be among the cheaper chronometers on the market. After all, the Nord series is famous for its well-balanced price/performance ratio. In addition, the launch of the OnePlus Nord Watch model will take place in India, and this fact indicates that their price will not be excessive. And the launch is fast approaching, because the watch already has its own page on the OnePlus Indian website, where the manufacturer is gradually declassifying its main specifications.
But not only the manufacturer itself is now publishing information about the OnePlus Nord Watch. Tippers also add their logs to the fire. For example, the well-known tipster Mukul Sharma shared a rendered image of the watch on Twitter and added several key specifications. It is true that we already know what the watch looks like, but the tipster has now confirmed it.
In the rendered image, we see the OnePlus Nord Watch chronometer in full display and in Midnight Black color. The display is rectangular and slightly rounded. The edges are also rounded and on the right we see a crown for faster control. The strap is apparently silicone with a metal clasp and the display is colored. The manufacturer has already confirmed that the screen is of the AMOLED type with a diagonal of 1.78 inches, a resolution of 448 × 368 pixels and a maximum brightness of 500 nits.
The tipster adds to the information about the watch screen that it has a refresh rate of 60 Hz. They also claim that the OnePlus Nord Watch has 105 fitness modes and a battery that lasts up to 10 days on a single charge. There is also a sensor for monitoring blood oxygenation, monitoring heart rate and stress. The manufacturer has also added a health function for women, which will probably be monitoring the menstrual cycle. Apparently, there is also a pedometer or monitoring of burned calories and others. OnePlus is likely to launch the new Nord series watch just before the end of this month, as the specification declassification ends on September 28/September.
