Moto Edge 40 Pro is going to global markets

Motorola launched the Snapdragon 8 Gen2 flagship Moto X40 in the Chinese market in mid-December. Of course, it was already clear to everyone at that time that the manufacturer would follow the tradition and send this phone to global markets under the name Moto Edge 40 Pro. Here, it replaces last year 's Edge 30 Pro , which debuted outside of China last February/February. Well, given that the Edge 40 Pro is already collecting global certifications, we could expect it soon, probably also in February.

THE FIRST RENDERS OF THE GLOBAL MOTO EDGE 40 PRO MODEL 

The first rendered images of the Moto Edge 40 Pro have also appeared on the Chinese network . These clearly prove that the design does not differ from the Chinese version. There's a curved display with very narrow bezels as well as a chin and a "hole" for the front camera in the center of the top.

On the back we see a rectangular main camera module with rounded corners, three sensors and an LED flash. In the middle of the back is the notorious Motorola logo. It seems that the phone will go to global markets as well, just like in China, in light blue and black. On the right edge are the volume and power buttons. The fingerprint sensor is integrated into the display.

The specifications of the Moto Edge 40 Pro phone are also said to be the same as the Chinese Moto X40. It is a 6.67-inch OLED display with a resolution of 2400 × 1080 pixels, a refresh rate of 165 Hz and DC dimming. The flagship Snapdragon 8 Gen2 processor, 4600mAh battery and support for 125W wired charging and 15W wireless and reverse charging are the same. In the photo equipment, we can find the main camera with a 50 MP sensor with OIS, a 50 MP wide-angle lens and a 12 MP telephoto lens with 2x optical zoom. The front camera has 60 MP. It is said that only one memory version with 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal memory will go to global markets, which will reportedly cost 850 euros in Europe.
