Since its release, the feedback on the Samsung Galaxy S23 series has been getting better and better. Especially in the case of the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. First we learned that the phone beats the iPhone 14 in benchmarks. Then we learned how good the phone's cooling performance actually is. And now there are reports about its battery life.
There have been many reports in the past about the battery life of the Galaxy S22 Ultra. They mentioned how bad its battery life was. In fact, the iPhone 14 Pro max had a huge lead against it. In the case of the Galaxy S23 Ultra, however, the complete opposite is true . And interestingly, Samsung didn't even increase the phone's battery capacity. It is still 5000 mAh!
@theramalmedia claims they tracked the Galaxy S23 Ultra's battery life for six days. And according to his report, the device's battery life will match that of the iPhone 14 Pro Max in real-world usage. Most importantly, the device appears to achieve similar display runtimes to Apple's current top flagship.
As already mentioned, Samsung did not increase the battery capacity of the Galaxy S23 Ultra. It's still the same 5000mAh battery that was present in the S22 Ultra. So how did Samsung increase the phone's battery life?
Well, as you can guess, it could be because of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2. And the even bigger news is that the whole range has the same chip. This means that no matter which device from the Galaxy S23 series you get, you will be guaranteed increased battery life.
Are there any Samsung S23 Ultra owners among the readers who could confirm the battery life?
