OnePlus Ace 2 Pro has a confirmed launch date

It has not been a secret for a long time that OnePlus plans to further expand its Ace 2 series this year. After the Ace 2 and Ace 2V models, we will soon see the OnePlus Ace 2 Pro phone. Rumors have been circulating about this phone for some time and the manufacturer has even officially confirmed that the upcoming model is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen2 flagship processor. The 3C certification, in turn, confirmed support for fast charging with a power of 150 W. We also knew that the Ace 2 Pro would debut later this month.

ONEPLUS ACE 2 PRO WILL ARRIVE IN CHINA IN LESS THAN TWO WEEKS

Today we already know the exact date of the introduction of the OnePlus Ace 2 Pro phone. It was officially confirmed on China's Weibo by the CEO of OnePlus' Chinese branch, Mr. Li Jie. In his relatively long post, he talks about the upcoming phone in superlatives and added one official trailer. According to her, the presentation in China is scheduled for August 16 at 2:30 p.m. local time.

Li Jie sees the aforementioned Snapdragon 8 Gen2 processor as the main asset of the Ace 2 Pro phone. It's about performance first and foremost, and thanks to this chipset, he'll have it to spare. In addition, the memory capacity will also be increased and the phone will receive up to 24 GB of operating memory and up to 1 TB of internal storage. All this together ensures smooth multitasking and a great gaming experience without lag or slowdown. The high internal storage capacity will then offer enough space for storing photos, videos and other media files.

In the trailer, we also see the design of the OnePlus Ace 2 Pro phone and also the fact that it will go to the market in two colors, namely black and green. The main camera module is circular with three sensors and an LED flash. The back panel protrudes quite a bit above the level of the rear panel. As part of the composition of the main camera, we expect 50 MP, 8 MP and 2 MP sensors. The front camera should be 16 MP. Then here we also find a battery with a capacity of 5000 mAh and an OLED display with a diagonal of 6.74 inches and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. We expect that the manufacturer will launch a promo campaign in the next few days and confirm other parameters.
