Vivo T2 Pro launched in India

About two weeks ago, Vivo announced that it was planning to launch the Vivo T2 Pro in the Indian market. And as she promised, she also fulfilled. The new phone is launched with an attractive curved design and its specifications fall into the middle class. In addition, the manufacturer states that it is a phone aimed at young users, to whom it has also adjusted its price. So let's see what the new machine has to offer.

VIVO T2 PRO DESIGN AND DISPLAY

The Vivo T2 Pro phone has a really fresh design that creates a premium impression despite its relatively low price. The display is curved along the side edges, so the bezels here are minimal and the top and bottom bezels are also narrow. In the center of the upper part of the screen there is a “hole” for the front camera. On the back panel, there is a rectangular module of the main camera in the same color as the back. In the module there are two larger surrounds for two sensors. The LED flash has a ring shape.

The AMOLED screen has a diagonal of 6.78 inches, a resolution of 2400 × 1080 pixels and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. The brightness reached up to 1300 nits and the sampling rate at 300 Hz. The display supports HDR10+.

OTHER SPECIFICATIONS

At the processor post, we find an eight-core Dimensity 7200 chipset built on 4nm production technology with Mali-G610 MC4 GPU. In the case of the Vivo T2 Pro, the processor is paired with 8GB of RAM and 128GB/256GB of internal storage. Connectivity is represented by 5G SA/NSA, dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 6 802.11 ac (2.4 GHz/5 GHz), Bluetooth 5.3, GPS (L1/L5) and USB-C. The fingerprint sensor is integrated into the display. The manufacturer also added resistance according to IP52 certification. The battery has a capacity of 4600 mAh and supports fast charging with a power of 66 W. The operating system is Android 13 with the FunTouch OS 13 superstructure.

PHOTO EQUIPMENT, PRICES AND AVAILABILITY 

As already said, the main camera is dual. The primary sensor of the Samsung GW3 has a resolution of 64 MPix, an aperture of f/1.79 and OIS support. It was supplemented by a 2 MPix sensor for capturing depth of field. The set is completed by the Aura LED flash. The front camera has a 16 MPix sensor with an aperture of f/2.45.

The Vivo T2 Pro comes in New Moon Black and Dune Gold colors. Sales on the manufacturer's website will start on September 29 and the prices for individual memory versions are as follows:

• 8GB/128GB - INR 23999 ($289) (LKR 93,660)
• 8GB/256GB - INR 24999 ($301) (LKR 97,564)
