Honor 90 GT officially introduced in China

About a week ago , the Honor brand confirmed that it was preparing to launch the new Honor 90 GT phone. She planned the presentation event in China for December 21/December. So it is clear that the phone is in the world , it has an attractive design and premium specifications. Although we already know something about the parameters, we will now summarize them.

DESIGN AND DISPLAY OF THE HONOR 90 GT PHONE

The Honor 90 GT phone has a flat front and back panel as well as a frame. There are very narrow and symmetrical frames around the display, in the center of its upper part there is a "hole" for the front camera. In the upper left corner of the back is a rectangular main camera module with two sensors and an LED flash. There are three color variants on the market, namely black, gold and blue. The last one has two vertical white stripes on the back panel in place of the camera module. This variant has a back panel covered in vegan leather.

The display of the Honor 90 GT model is of the OLED type. It has a diagonal of 6.7 inches, a resolution of 2664 × 1200 pixels and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. It supports 3840Hz high-frequency PWM dimming, 100% DCI-P3 color gamut, up to 2600 nits brightness and multi-finger touch enhancement algorithm.

OTHER SPECIFICATIONS

The fact that the Honor 90 GT is premium is ensured by the Snapdragon 8 Gen2 processor with the Adreno 740 GPU. The chipset is paired with 12 GB/16 GB, 24 GB of RAM and 256 GB/512 GB and 1 TB of internal storage. Connectivity is represented by 5G SA/NSA, dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ax (2.4 GHz/5 GHz), Bluetooth 5.3, GPS and USB-C. The fingerprint sensor is integrated into the display. There are also dual stereo speakers, an Honor C1 chip to improve RF connectivity and an improved 3D VC cooling system. The battery has a capacity of 5000 mAh and supports fast charging with a power of 100 W. The operating system is Android 13 with the Magic UI 7.2 superstructure.

PHOTO EQUIPMENT, PRICES AND AVAILABILITY 

The photo equipment of the Honor 90 GT is also not bad, although the manufacturer says that it is a phone focused on gaming performance. The main camera is dual with a primary 50 MPix Sony IMX906 sensor with f/1.95 aperture and OIS support. It was supplemented by a 12 MPix wide-angle lens with a 112° field of view and an aperture of f/2.2. The front camera has a sensor with a resolution of 16 MPix and an aperture of f/2.4.

The Honor 90 GT is coming to the Chinese market in GT Blue, Blazing Gold and Starlight Black colors. Pre-orders are already running, sales start on December 26. The prices of individual memory versions are as follows:

• 12GB/256GB - 2599 Yuan ($364)
• 16GB/256GB - 2899 yuan ($406)
• 16GB/512GB - 3199 yuan ($448)
• 24GB/1TB - 3699 yuan ($518)
