Xiaomi Mi 10 Ultra gets a stable update to MIUI 12.5.6.0

Xiaomi Mi 10 Ultra phones have started to receive stable MIUI 12.5.6.0 updates. This update weighs 478 MB and adds Google security patches (2021 # 08) and improves system security. It also contains several fixes, including updates for the lock screen, status bar, notification bar, and backup.

• Lock screen
• Abnormal flickering and backlighting of the fingerprint sensor after rebooting the phone
• The fingerprint animation is still displayed after unlocking the phone
• The fingerprint sensor is active after unlocking the phone
• Incorrect fingerprint animation and vibration
• Black flashes when using super wallpaper
• Inability to make the screen brighter
• All messages on the lock screen disappear after the phone is placed and the screen turns on
• When the super wallpaper is turned on, the lock screen page is not displayed

Status bar, message bar

• A floating message blocks the logic of incoming calls 
• Picture of alarming messages
• Message center and tripartite theme
• Information and dark mode
• The permissions pop-up window closes when you long-press the message
• Inappropriate message size and background due to program lock
• The message bar does not open when the screen is locked
• If you miss a call, it does not open
• The media control panel sometimes does not appear in the message bar when playing music
• Periodic jitter of messages on the lock screen when the screen brightness is raised
• The message button is sometimes displayed abnormally in dark mode.

Backup
After switching to dark mode, the recovery content selection page appears blank.

It will be recalled that the Xiaomi Mi 10 series was officially released in 2020. The earliest models in this series are Xiaomi Mi 10 and Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro. Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro came with the latest flagship processor Snapdragon 865. The whole series uses LPDDR5 RAM, WiFi 6, UFS 3.0 storage, 108 MP camera and so on.

As for the Xiaomi Mi 10 Ultra, it comes with a 120x ultra-telephoto lens and a custom super-dynamic main camera with a large pixel on the sole for low light. It uses its own 10-bit professional main color screen with a frequency of 120 Hz and is equipped with a wire charger for 120 watts of mass production. This smartphone comes with a 4500 mAh battery that supports fast 50W wireless charging and 10W reverse wireless charging.

As for the camera, Xiaomi Mi 10 Ultra comes with four rear cameras. It uses a 48-megapixel main camera with ultra-large pixels, a 12-megapixel telephoto lens, a 48-megapixel telephoto lens and a 20-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera.
