The Realme Q3t is the world's first cloud-based phone

The Realme Q3t is the world's first cloud-based phone

The Realme brand won't let us breathe for a week and it's launching one phone after another on the market. Specifically, it is now expanding its Q3 range. After the first three Q3 phones released in the spring, we saw the Realme Q3s last month and now there is a Realme Q3t phone in the world. Its main attraction is probably that according to the manufacturer it is the first cloud phone. As such, it is said to allow seamless access to cloud games, applications, videos, cloud VR and more. The Realme phone was introduced in cooperation with the operator China Telecom.

The fact that the Realme Q3t is the first cloud phone certainly sounds tempting, but it has a bit of a hook. Given that the phone was created in cooperation with one of the Chinese operators, it is clear that users will primarily have access to China Telecom's cloud services. Another thing is that the new phone has the same parameters as the recently released Realme Q3s. In any case, it will not hurt to remember them.

The Realme Q3t has a 6.6-inch IPS LCD display with a resolution of 2412 × 1080 pixels. The refresh rate is 144 Hz and the brightness has reached 600 nits. There is a 16 MPix selfie camera in the "hole" in the upper left corner. The main camera consists of 48 MPix and two 2 MPix sensors. One acts as a macro lens and the other is used to capture depth of field.

As with the Q3s, there is a Snapdragon 778G processor with 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal storage. There is also the popular possibility of virtual RAM expansion by 5 GB. In terms of connectivity, there is 5G, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, USB-C port and 3.5 mm audio jack. The battery has a capacity of 5000 mAh and supports 30 W charging. The fingerprint reader is located on the edge of the device. The operating system is Android 11 with the Realme UI 2.0 extension.

From the above, it is really clear that this is actually a Q3s model, to which the manufacturer only added support for cloud services. However, this was also reflected in the price. The Q3t Realme goes on sale in the Chinese market at a price of 2,099 yuan (about $ 328). Recall that the Q3s in this memory version will cost 1999 yuan, or about $ 311.
