Realme C53 with 108 MP camera launched in India

Together with the Realme Pad 2 tablet, the Realme C53 phone debuted in India. Tippers have been talking about it for quite some time, mainly in connection with the fact that it is not the same C53 model that recently went on the market in Malaysia. For the Indian market, this phone is modified, it has an improved design, a better main camera, but the charging performance is lower. So let's have a look at all the specifications and price for the Indian market.

REALME C53 DESIGN AND DISPLAY

The Realme C53 phone has a slightly modified design for the Indian market, which added attractiveness to the phone. The side frames of the display are narrow, the chin and the top frame are slightly wider. Above the screen is a small teardrop notch for the front camera. Looking at the rear panel, we can see that the emphasis on photo equipment is also applied to the appearance of the main camera. It consists of three rings that rise significantly above the level of the back. The surrounds are surrounded by shiny metal frames. In addition, a wider strip runs under the camera module, which is also shiny. Simple but effective.

The display itself is of the IPS LCD type with a diagonal of 6.74 inches, a resolution of 1600 × 720 pixels and a refresh rate of 90 Hz. The screen supports a 180 Hz sampling rate and a brightness of up to 560 nits. Its usable area is 90.3%.

ADDITIONAL SPECIFICATIONS, PRICING AND AVAILABILITY 

The processor used that powers the Realme C53 indicates that the price of the device is not high. It is a Unisoc T612 chipset, which is built on 12nm production technology with a Mali-G57 GPU. The processor is paired with 4GB and 6GB of RAM and 128GB and 64GB of internal storage. This can be further expanded up to 2TB using a microSD card. Connectivity is represented by 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4 GHz/5 GHz), Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, GLONASS, USB-C and a 3.5 mm audio jack. The fingerprint sensor is located on the edge of the device. The battery has a capacity of 5000 mAh and supports fast charging with a power of 18 W. The operating system is Android 13 with the Realme UI superstructure.

Since the photo equipment is probably the biggest draw of the Realme C53 phone, we will of course take a look at it as well. The most important sensor in the main camera assembly is the primary 108 MP sensor. It has replaced the 50 MP sensor that the Realme C53 is sold with in Malaysia. Thanks to the 108 MP sensor, the Indian Realme C53 will offer improved photography functions such as night mode, portrait mode and street photo mode. The resulting images will be noise-free.

The second sensor in the main camera assembly is used to capture depth of field and has a resolution of 2 MP. The front camera then got an 8MP sensor. The Realme C53 is coming to the Indian market in Champion Gold and Champion Black colors. Sales on the manufacturer's website begin on July 26/July. Prices for individual memory versions are as follows:
