OnePlus 12R – design and some specifications
The OnePlus company has been in the sights of many tipsters lately. They are mainly interested in the upcoming OnePlus 12 flagship phone . Rendered images of it and even a summary of the main specifications that tipsters estimate at the moment have already appeared on the web. However, as is known, the manufacturer's portfolio is not only flagship models. We also find mid-range phones and "flagship killers" here. These are released in the R series and mean a kind of return to the roots. These are phones with premium specifications at a reasonable price. Another such model will be the OnePlus 12R.
WHAT DOES THE ONEPLUS 12R PHONE LOOK LIKE?
The tipsters are currently estimating that the flagship model OnePlus 12 will debut first. In China it will be in December/December of this year and in global markets in January/January of next year. Only then will the OnePlus 12R come on the scene. It will thus replace the OnePlus 11R model from this year on the market . The upcoming OnePlus 12R phone sticks to the set design line of the 11 series. It has a slightly curved display and in the center of its upper part there is a “hole” for the front camera. The bezels around the screen are very narrow and symmetrical. There were no radical changes on the back panel either. The main camera module, which the manufacturer called "Circular Camera Island", remains unchanged and contains three sensors and an LED flash. In the center of the back is the notorious OnePlus logo. There is a power button and an Alert Slider on the right edge, the volume rocker is on the left edge. The bottom edge is home to the USB-C port, microphone and speaker grille. The phone is shown in white on the renders.
In addition to the rendered images, we can also find several parameters of the OnePlus 12R phone on the website. According to estimates, the upcoming phone is powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen2 processor, which will complement up to 16 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal storage. The battery is said to have a very decent 5500 mAh capacity, which is 500 mAh more than the 11R. Fast charging has a power of 100 W. Photo equipment will also be improved. The main camera is said to include a 32MP telephoto lens with 2x optical zoom. It will be complemented by a 50 MP primary sensor and an 8 MP wide-angle lens. The front camera has a 16 MP sensor. According to tipsters, the AMOLED display has a diagonal of 6.7 inches, a resolution of 1.5K and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. The operating system is Android 14.
